 Rich brings four decades of construction experience to his team. He started out as an interior painter and successfully expanded Stoked Out Services into the thriving company it is today. He is the definition of hardworking and self-made. Rich is the current President of Stoked Out Services and is enjoying his partial retirement by devoting time with his 13 grandkids, tinkering with his classic cars and spending any other time at his ranch in Oklahoma with his wife, Julie.  

 Dillon has been in the construction industry since 2018. As Vice-President of Sales, Dillon has successfully been awarded and overseen many multi-million-dollar projects. While directing sales, he has grown revenue, resulting in the expansion of operations across Texas and Arizona. Dillon has tremendous knowledge in multi-family and residential construction including remodels, restoration, design builds, and ground-up. He graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Marketing and was voted as the Outstanding Marketing Student of his class by all professors in the department.  

Justin brings detail and precision to Stoked Out Services. Before working with Stoked Out Services he was a top real estate agent in DFW for 6 years. During that time, he acquired an attention to detail that is unmatched. As Vice-President of Operations, he ensures our projects are completed at the highest level of quality we can offer and on schedule. In Justins free time he enjoys being on the lake fishing any chance he can and spending time with his 4 children.  

Jose brings over three decades of invaluable experience and leadership to Stoked Out Services as the Vice President of Construction. With a career that began in 1987, Jose's journey in the construction and renovation industry has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. In 2017, Jose achieved a significant milestone by obtaining his Master Carpenter Certification through the carpentry union, a testament to his expertise and dedication to craftsmanship. 

Jose Alvarez embodies the ethos of Stoked Out Services—driven, experienced, and passionate about delivering exceptional results. His leadership ensures that every project undertaken by the company is executed with precision and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Jason has been in the construction industry since he started with Rich in 1993. Jason took a break from construction to become a catastrophe adjuster for almost 8 years where he serviced large loss, fire, and various losses during his time in the insurance industry. With that being said, Jason has a wealth of knowledge in loss claims and assists our clients unlike others can. Jason has played instruments throughout his entire life, prides himself on being the most competitive person in the room, and absolutely adores his 4 kids and 3 grandkids.
